Hollow and threaded 3/8''-16 on one end and 5/16''-24 on the other for mounting Silver Bullets or Mini Bullet lights with 3/8'' threaded mounting holes in a 5/16'' hole. These come in handy for fender strut applications. The 5/16'' diameter end should be cut to length to ensure adequate clearance.
